Role Description

Finance & Accounting Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounting Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and other finance-related documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
of financial records in accordance with internal procedures. - Liaise with banks, vendors, and other external parties when required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department and assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of a supervisor or line manager.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and accuracy in handling financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills when working with colleagues and staff members.
- Three years experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

School Examinations Officer and Registrar
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in examinations administration, student records, school administration, registrar services, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working in an international school or educational institution is highly desirable.
- Experience with examination systems, examination boards, or international curricula such as Cambridge, IB or IPSLE would be an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent record-keeping and data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; experience with school management systems or student information systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all internal and external examinations in accordance with school policies and examination board requirements.
- Register students for external examinations and ensure all examination entries, amendments, and withdrawals are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
- Liaise with examination boards, teachers, students, parents, and relevant school departments regarding examination arrangements and requirements.
- Prepare examination timetables, room allocations, seating plans, examination materials, and other necessary arrangements.
- Ensure that examinations are conducted in accordance with examination regulations, policies, and security procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of examination results, student academic records, transcripts, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate the collection, checking, and distribution of examination results, certificates, and other official academic documents.
- Maintain and update student records, including enrolment, transfers, withdrawals, academic progress, and other relevant student information.
- Ensure that student records and databases are accurate, complete, up to date, and securely maintained.
- Prepare official transcripts, letters, certificates, and other academic documents as required.
- Support student admissions, transfers, withdrawals, and graduation processes from a records and documentation perspective.
- Provide accurate student and examination data for school reports, audits, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive student and examination information.
- Work closely with the Academic, Admissions, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure accurate and efficient student and examination processes.
- Respond professionally and promptly to enquiries from students, parents, teachers, examination boards, and other stakeholders.
- Undertake other administrative duties related to examinations, student records, and academic administration as assigned by the school.
- Prepare examination materials, including photocopying exam papers, preparing attendance lists and examination booklets, and providing formulae as required.
