Role Description

Finance & Accounting Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounting Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and other finance-related documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
of financial records in accordance with internal procedures. - Liaise with banks, vendors, and other external parties when required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department and assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of a supervisor or line manager.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and accuracy in handling financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Librarian
We are seeking a Librarian
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field.
- Good communication skills (verbal/written) & computer literate.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and library management systems.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and highly service-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Capable of managing library collections and assisting users in accessing information effectively
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in teaching discussions and maintain good communication with students and teachers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching quality and support school activities.
- Keep the library in good order by ensuring that books are stored using the organization system in place, for example, by type or in alphabetical order.
- Ensure the library is clean and hazard-free.
- Greet students as they enter the library and offer them help in locating the books or materials they need.
- Assist students with checking out books and recording the check out on the computer system, ensuring to advise students when the books should be returned.
- Make calls and send out letters to students who have overdue books requesting their return.
- Ensure that all returned books are processed as returned on the computer system and re-organize them back into their original location.
- Keep the Library data up-to-date.
